Ticketing

Yes. If you are a Stanford student you must bring your Stanford ID. Your Stanford student ticket will be pre-loaded to your SUID. IDs not matching with the individual will be confiscated. Please have your ticket with you at all times. Any ticketing issues can be addressed at the Box Office.
Yes. This year all tickets are General Admission and grant field access.
No. You may leave the event at any time but re-entry will be prohibited.
No. All guests require a ticket for entry.
Doors open at 4:30 PM and the show starts at 5:00 PM. Specific set times will not be released and are subject to change.
The Stadium Box Office will open on Saturday, May 19th at 2:30 PM for sale and will-call pick up.

Policies

Prohibited Items:
  • Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Balls, Frisbees, whole fruit or other potential projectiles
  • Bicylcles, skates, scooters and skateboards
  • Cans, glass hydration packs (i.e. CamelBaks), thermos bottles, metal or glass bottles, open containers
  • Horns and artificial noisemakers
  • Laser pointers
  • Open umbrellas
  • Poles, sticks, monopods, and tripods
  • Professional cameras (i.e. with detachable lenses), audio recording and video taping equipment are allowed without prior written permission from the management; no GoPro cameras or selfie sticks
  • Remote control devices of any kind (cars, drones)
  • Strollers or portable chairs (unless ADA compliant)
  • Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes
  • Weapons, replica weapons and fireworks
  • No portable chairs.
Permitted Items with Inspection:
  • Clear plastic bags no larger than 12"x6"x12"
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5"x6.5"
  • One gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Small camera under 6” without case
  • Binoculars without case
  • Sealed plastic water bottles 20 oz or under
  • Empty plastic refillable water containers 20 oz or under - no glass or metal
  • Seat cushions
  • Collapsed umbrella
  • Blankets

Guests with bags or items that do not satisfy the Stanford Stadium Bag Policy are welcome to bring them to the Track House at Cobb Track to drop off. The complimentary bag check station will open 1 hour before gates open and close 1 hour after the event. Stanford University is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
No. You may be required to open your beverage containers for review prior to entering the stadium.

Persons in possession of alcohol or who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry, or are subject to removal from the venue, with no refund.
No. No smoking of ANY kind (including e-cigarettes) will be tolerated inside or in the immediate vicinity outside of the Stadium, within 30 feet of the venue, and within 30 feet of ticket lines. Those who are found smoking inside the venue may be subject to removal with no refund.

Transportation

Accommodations

Yes. Food and drinks will be for sale at Sections 112, 114 and 115, in addition to portable stands. Portable stands only take cash. Concession stands at 112, 114, and 115 take credit card, cash or Cardinal Dollars. A Stanford Federal Credit Union ATM will be available on-site.
Yes. Individuals with a valid, state-issued disabled person parking placard or license plate will have access to parking near the stadium, and are encouraged to park in the Track House Lot or Varsity lot, located off Nelson Road via Galvez Street (parking fees apply).
Yes. Gate 4 is designated as wheelchair accessible, and the closest drop-off for guests with mobility limitations is between Gate 4 and 5. Please note, the only step-free route to the field is located via Gate 1. For ticket holders who wish to be on the field and require a step-free access route, please stop at the Information Table inside Gate 4 to be escorted down to the field. Additional wheelchair seating (concourse level) and a limited mobility section (lower seating area; 4-5 stairs with a handrail) is located via Gate 4. If you need assistance with locating accessible seating please visit with a Red Coat inside the venue or go to the Information table located inside Gate 4. Yes. First Aid will be available inside and around the Stanford Stadium.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: DIAL 911 AND Seek assistance from staff and security personnel in the venue.
Yes. Items may be brought to the Communications Ops Office located next to Gate 1. After the concert, unclaimed items will be taken to: Stanford Department of Public Safety: 650-723-9633.

Stanford University is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
